Session times
Saturday

• 9.00am to 10.30am: Group 1 for younger and less experienced players. 75mins + mat laying (approx. 6 – 10 years)
• 10.30am to 11.45am: Group 2 for older and improvers + seniors. 75mins+15min mat lifting ( approx. 10+ years)

Monday

• 6.00pm -7.00pm: Group 1+2 juniors (Includes laying and lifting of mats)

Tuesday

• 8:00pm – 10.00pm: Seniors and experienced Juniors (14 years +)
